I love an easy and delicious breakfast recipe, that’s quick to make in the morning. This Banana Pancake Recipe is perfect for whenever you crave pancakes in the morning or for brunch. You only need a few ingredients, which you probably already have at home, and they are ready in no time. Also, this recipe is sugar free!
So, let’s get started right away!

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 80 g milk of your choice
- 80 g flour
- A pinch of salt and cinnamon for taste
- 1 tablespoon of baking power
Instructions
- Peel your banana and mash in a bowl using a fork.
- Add the egg and mix.
- Now add the milk, flour, spices, and baking powder and give it a mix until fully combined.
- To a pan add a little bit of butter and turn to medium-high heat until the butter has melted. Turn to medium heat and add the pancake mix. I like making smaller pancakes so that three can fit in the pan at the same time, so it’s ready super fast!
- Serve with whatever toppings you like (jam, apple sauce, yoghurt & fruits ….) and enjoy!
